Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
- Google ile giriş: Google hesap kimliğin, e-posta adresin, adın ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantın Firebase Authentication'da tutulur. Şifreni görmeyiz.
- Oyun hesabı: seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve ülke, oyun kataloğundan seçtiğin profil ikonunun kimliği, hesap açılış zamanı ve bu metinleri kabul ettiğin zaman. Yeni hesaplara başlangıç ikonu rastgele atanır. Google fotoğrafın oyun profiline aktarılmaz ve oyunda gösterilmez; kendi fotoğrafını yükleme özelliği yoktur.
- Oyun ilerlemesi: altın, elmas, seviye, deneyim, rütbe puanı, galibiyet/mağlubiyet sayıları, sahip olduğun ve kuşandığın parçalar, günlük ödüller ve bunların işlem kayıtları; bota karşı günlük hak sayacı ile sezon deneyimi, premium açılışı ve alınan ödüller.
- Maçlar: tahta hamleleri, süreler, sonuç, rakip ve o anki kullanıcı adları. Maç içi sohbet yalnız hazır ifadelerden oluşur; serbest yazı yoktur.
- Sosyal: arkadaşlıklar, arkadaşlık istekleri, engellediğin oyuncular ve şikâyetler (sebep sabit bir listeden seçilir; serbest yazı yoktur).
- Güvenlik ve adil oyun: cihaz oturum kimliği, çevrimiçi durumu ve son görülme zamanı, istek sayaçları, olağandışı eşleşme veya erken pes etme gibi maç işaretleri. İşaretler bir yöneticinin incelemesi içindir; kendiliğinden ceza vermez.
- Uygulama doğrulaması: Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity üzerinden uygulamanın değiştirilmemiş olduğunu doğrular; bunun için Google cihaz bilgilerini işler.
- Teknik kayıtlar: sunucuya yapılan her istekte Google Cloud, IP adresini ve cihaz/uygulama bilgisini (user agent) kendi günlüklerine yazar.
- Yazı tipleri: uygulama bazı yazı tiplerini Google Fonts sunucularından indirir; bu sırada Google IP adresini görür.
İşlemediklerimiz: reklam, reklam kimliği, analiz veya izleme aracı, konum (ülkeyi sen seçersin), rehber, fotoğraf/dosya erişimi, ödeme bilgisi (oyunda satın alma gerçek parayla yapılmaz). Sunucularımızda bildirim jetonu saklanmaz.
Neden işliyoruz? (hukuki sebep)
- Oyunu sunmak, hesabını ve ilerlemeni tutmak, maçları yürütüp sonuçlandırmak — seninle yaptığımız sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6/1-b).
- Hile, kötüye kullanım ve saldırıları önlemek, hizmetin güvenliği — meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR m.6/1-f).
- Yasal yükümlülükler ve hakların korunması (KVKK m.5/2-ç, e).
Kimler görebilir?
- Diğer oyuncular: kullanıcı adın, oyun profil ikonun, ülken, seviyen, rütben, maç istatistiklerin, kuşandığın parçalar ve çevrimiçi olup olmadığın. E-posta adresin hiçbir oyuncuya gösterilmez.
- Hizmet sağlayıcı: Google (Firebase ve Google Cloud) verileri bizim adımıza barındırır ve işler. Oyun veritabanları ve sunucuları Avrupa Birliği'nde (Belçika, europe-west1) çalışır. Google'ın giriş, App Check ve yazı tipi hizmetleri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda da işlem yapabilir; bu nedenle verilerin yurt dışına aktarılır (KVKK m.9).
- Verilerini satmayız ve reklam için paylaşmayız. Yalnız yasal bir zorunluluk olursa yetkili makamlarla paylaşılabilir.
Ne kadar saklıyoruz?
- Hesabın durdukça. Hesabını uygulamadan istediğin an silebilirsin (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil); ayrıntılar hesap silme sayfasında.
- Silindiğinde hesabın, Google giriş kaydın, kullanıcı adın, profilin, bakiye ve işlem kayıtların, bota karşı hak sayacın ve sezon ilerlemen, parçaların, arkadaşlık/istek/engel kayıtların (karşı taraftaki kopyalar dahil), şikâyet ve güvenlik işaretlerin, oturum ve çevrimiçi bilgin silinir.
- Kalan: oynadığın maçların ortak kaydı (hesap kimliğin, o anki kullanıcı adın, hamleler, sonuç) — rakibinin sonucu buna dayanır. Maç geçmişi ekranları bu kaydı silinmiş profilinle eşleştirmez.
- Google Cloud istek günlükleri en çok 30 gün saklanır; hesap silme bu süreyi kısaltmaz. Ayrı bir yedek tutulmaz; silinmiş hesap geri getirilmez.
Hakların
KVKK m.11 ve uygulanıyorsa GDPR kapsamında: verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz, aktarıldığı tarafları öğrenme ve zararın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsin. Başvurunu yukarıdaki adrese, giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-postasından gönder; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (veya AB'de bulunuyorsan kendi ülkendeki denetim makamına) şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.
Yaş sınırı
Embura 16 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 16 yaşından küçüklerin hesap açmaması gerekir; böyle bir hesap fark edilirse silinir.
Değişiklikler
Bu metin değişirse sürüm numarası ve tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz.

What we process
- Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile photo link are kept in Firebase Authentication. We never see your password.
- Game account: the username and country you choose, the identifier of your selected in-game catalogue icon, when the account was created and when you accepted these texts. New accounts receive a random initial icon. Your Google photo is not copied to your game profile or displayed in the game; photo uploads are unavailable.
- Progress: gold, gems, level, experience, rank points, wins and losses, the pieces you own and equip, daily rewards, the daily Vs. Bots rights counter, season XP, premium unlock and claimed rewards, and the records of each change.
- Matches: board moves, timings, result, opponent and both usernames at the time. In-match chat is fixed phrases only; there is no free text.
- Social: friends, friend requests, players you block, and reports (the reason is picked from a fixed list; there is no free text).
- Security and fair play: a device session ID, online status and last seen time, request counters, and match signals such as unusual pairings or early surrenders. Signals are for an administrator to review; none penalises anyone automatically.
- App verification: Firebase App Check uses Google Play Integrity to confirm the app is genuine; Google processes device information to do this.
- Technical logs: for every request to our servers, Google Cloud records the IP address and device/app information (user agent) in its logs.
- Fonts: the app downloads some fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it does.
What we do not process: ads, advertising IDs, analytics or tracking tools, location (you choose your country), contacts, photos or files, or payment details (there are no real-money purchases). No push-notification token is stored on our servers.
Why (legal basis)
- To provide the game, keep your account and progress, and run and settle matches — performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- To prevent cheating, abuse and attacks and keep the service secure — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations and protect rights (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç), (e)).
Who can see it
- Other players: your username, in-game profile icon, country, level, rank, match statistics, equipped pieces and whether you are online. Your email address is never shown to any player.
- Our provider: Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts and processes the data on our behalf. The game's databases and servers run in the European Union (Belgium, europe-west1). Google's sign-in, App Check and font services may also process data outside Turkey and the EU, so your data is transferred abroad.
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It may be disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- For as long as your account exists. You can delete it from the app at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account); details are on the account deletion page.
- On deletion we remove your account, your Google sign-in record, username, profile, balances and their records, Vs. Bots rights and season progress, pieces, friendships, requests and blocks (including the other side's copies), reports and security flags, and session and online data.
- What remains: the shared record of matches you played (your account ID, your username at the time, the moves and the result) — your opponent's result depends on it. Match-history screens do not link it back to your deleted profile.
- Google Cloud request logs are kept for up to 30 days; deleting your account does not shorten that. There are no separate backups, and a deleted account cannot be restored.
Your rights
Under the GDPR where it applies, and Turkey's KVKK (Art. 11), you may ask whether we process your data, get information and a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, learn who it was shared with, and seek compensation. Write to the address above from the email of the Google account you sign in with; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Age
Embura is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please do not create an account; an account we find belongs to someone under 16 will be deleted.
Changes
If this text changes, the version and date above change with it, and we announce significant changes in the app.
